Dance

Offering Special Events Across Bristol

I hold regular events and workshops throughout the year. Which could be a Pilates technique workshop with props; Yoga flow, taking influence from my dance background; fun dance cardio events; and also offer bespoke sessions for small groups and private parties.

About Me

Sarah was professionally trained as an Actor/Singer/Dancer in London where she is from, and graduated also with ISTD Teaching Diplomas in Dance and a LAMDA teaching Diploma in Drama with honours. She began her performing Career in Musical Theatre playing numerous roles and leading roles in the West End and globally. 

Sarah has over 35 years of teaching and mentoring experience and it was during her time in Australia that she also became involved in the Fitness Industry choreographing for Aerobic Championships in Queensland. On returning to the UK she went back to the stage based out of Los Angles USA. 

Finally moving to Bristol in 2005 she has been teaching, mentoring and holding her own events and Workshops in Pilates, Yoga, Dance and Fitness to this day.
